2. Service Description

GoMenu.QR provides a digital QR menu solution that allows restaurant owners to create digital menus and enables customers to view and order food directly from their devices. We act as a technology provider and are not responsible for the actual food quality or delivery services provided by the restaurants.

3. User Accounts

• Restaurant owners must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• GoMenu.QR reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer various subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, etc.). Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Failure to renew a subscription may result in temporary deactivation of your digital menu.

5. Marketer/Referral Program

Marketers registered on our platform earn commissions based on successful referrals. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system using fake accounts will lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

6. Content Ownership

Restaurants retain ownership of the menu data and images they upload. However, by using our platform, you grant GoMenu.QR a license to display this content to your customers via our system.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer the GoMenu.QR system.
• Upload harmful or offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoMenu.QR shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the dashboard or email.
